2013 Room Rates

-Rate on left is weekday, rate on right is for Friday, Saturday & select holidays.

-Peak weekends and holidays may require a 2 or 3 night minimum stay.

-Rooms accommodate 2 or 4 people only.

-Well behaved leashed dogs are welcome in some of our rooms.

-An additional charge of $30 per night per pet is required.

-Rates do not include 9% NH Tax.

CANCELLATIONS

A. Cancellation occurring 8 days or more of the desired check-in date will receive a 100% refund.

B. Cancellation occurring between 7 days and 2 days (48 hours) of the desired check-in date will receive a gift certificate valid for one year in the full amount of the deposit. This gift certificate is subject to all future reservation requirements and restrictions. This certificate is transferable.

C. Cancellation occurring within 48 hours of our 3:00 PM check-in time will result in loss of the full deposit.

Deposits: A 50% deposit is required for all visits. Deposits can be made in the form of credit card, bank or personal check. In the case of a personal check, a reservation cannot be confirmed until the check has cleared and a valid credit card number in the name of the person making the reservation will be required at check in. Credit card deposits will be processed at the time the reservation is made.
